Rosie O'Donnell And Michelle Rounds Have Tied The Knot

Sources have reported that Rosie O'Donnell and Michelle Rounds have tied the knot. I am super-surprised at the news frankly.

I first heard of their engagement in December of 2011 and I have to say that I was happy for Rosie. After everything that this woman as been through. Talk show host, comedian, with a heart full of gold, that little fiasco with Donald Trump, you name it, she's come out on top.

Rosie just had a heart attack, I thought she would take a little more time to rest and recouperate before getting married. I guess life is short, take the plunge because you never know how long you have here on this beautiful earth. Can I get a "amen"??

Jessica Alba Gone Blonde!!

Okay....LUUUUUUUUUV it!! So hot!!

I love those long dark locks but there is something about a blonde bombshell that rocks a guys world.

She can pull off blue hair if she wanted to but I think the blonde REALLY suits her.

You keep rockin' it girlfriend.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken(The Ultimate Comfort Food)

Okay, I really need some comfort food right now and what a better way to feel good than with something fattening, fried, and ooey-gooey delicous.

Here is one of my 2-legged momma's favourite comfort food recipes;

Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Ingredients;
1 3-lb chicken(cut into pieces) or just individual pieces
2 cups buttermilk
1 large onion, sliced
1/4 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs (parsley, tarragon, thyme) or a teaspoon each of the dried herbs.
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups grapeseed oil, canola oil, or peanut oil

Directions;

Soak chicken overnight (at least 8 hours and up to two days) in buttermilk with onions, herbs, paprika, and cayenne pepper. (Regarding the use of buttermilk, my mother has had good results from soaking chicken in plain yogurt instead of buttermilk.)
2 Drain in colander, leaving some herbs on chicken. In a large paper or plastic (sturdy) bag, mix flour with seasonings. Meanwhile, heat 2 cups oil in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet (cast iron, stainless steel, or anodized aluminum - something that can take the heat) on medium high heat until a pinch of flour starts to sizzle when dropped in the hot oil (but not so hot that the pan is smoking).

Place chicken pieces in bag with flour and shake until thoroughly coated. Add chicken to hot pan and fry on 1 side for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown, and then use tongs to turn the pieces over and fry for another 10-12 minutes, again until golden brown.

Oh no you DEEDENT(didn't)

Okay, I am so livid right now that I don't know where to start. I want to run and grab some high calorie kibble and be done with it. Enough of this diet and watching everything I eat.

I'm an emotional eater and I have to say that today is the WORST day of my life!!

My two-legged humans decided to add another addition to the family. Is it a cute guinea pig? A tweety bird? Even, dare I say it a ca-at. NOOOOOO, they had to go out and get another dog. Not just a dog, a cute puppy that runs, jumps, and plays. My 2-legged little friends ooh and aaah day and night about this creature.

Did they get another Shih Tzu like me? Well that would not be so bad. Maybe a little "friend" for me, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, they decided to get a German Shepherd!! Can you imagine?!?! For shame!! The nerve of some people. To bring that gigantic thing into MY home, sniffing MY things, playing with MY toys, sleeping around my humans. It's BARBARIC.

I do not feel like blogging anymore tonight everyone. I need a little "me" time to get adjusted to this whole thing.

I may be small but I am still QUEEN of this castle. Bahahahahaha!

Kibble, kibble here I come.

Snooki is the proud mom of a bouncing baby boy!!

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is the proud momma to a beautiful bouncing baby boy. Lorenzo Dominic LaValle weighed in at 6lbs 5 oz and everyone is doing wonderful.

The 24-year old new mom seems to be totally in love with the whole thing. Jionni LaValle is the proud papa to this precious little miracle.

I cannot wait to see pictures of the three of them together. May their lives be blessed with all the happiness that comes with being a parent.

You know it would be nice to get the little one a furry friend in the near future. Can you say Shih Tzu?!?!

What happened to sweet little Miley Cyrus?

Boy oh boy. The latest Twitter pic in my books is a HUGE cry for help. It's one thing to get a haircut, it's a totally different story when you are posting pics of your new haircut along with pics of yourself in strange outfits like that.

Have you seen how skinny she is? Have you noticed the messy house in the the background? You would think she would have hired help or something to help pick up the huge mess around her house BEFORE taking a Twitter picture that the whole world is going to see.

Wait, just think about it. If you were Miley and your fans were slowly fading away, what would you do to attract some attention to yourself. I KNOW!! I KNOW!!! Tweet a picture of your latest, craziest hairstyle that totally does nothing for you. That will shock people into talking. Remember bad publicity is just as good as good publicity and Miley is seeming to be getting alot of bad publicity lately.

My 2-legged friend is grown up too but she's not sporting a do like that. For goodness sake, if you are growing up, its time to stop acting like a child. The world does not revolve around you Miley. Grow your hair back out, stop trying to pull this "bad-ass" attitude and just be yourself.

Please note: None of my 2-legged little human friends will ever enter the world of showbiz. EVER! If you want a stable adult, do not subject your kids to this world of constant rejection, strive for perfection, and a world that they do not have the mental capacity to understand.

Just my thoughts.

Brittany Spears Judge For X Factor? Oh Please!

Really people?! BS is back as a judge on XFactor?! Well, that is BS if you ask me. Yes, maybe with the right sound effects and stage lighting the girl sounds okay but a judge? Ummm...I think not.

I just recently saw the promo of her giving someone her critique..."ummmm...maybe singing is just not for you." Oh well, if Brittany says it I guess it MUST be true. Give me a break. If this is the best that XFactor can do for a judge I won't be tuning in this year.

Now Demi Lovato is a different story. She hasn't had it as easy as the miss Brittany Spears. She's had a difficult life to say the least and bounced back after going to rehab. Not just shaving her head and riding with her kids in the front seat kind of rehab. Real, hardwork, get your hands dirty kind of rehab. Go Demi!!

I guess all this makes for good tv. If you don't tune in for the guest performers you might as well turn in and watch the previous trainwreck judge someone else's life I guess.
